Belka is not liable for manufacturing outcomes resulting from: incorrect or incomplete files, missing tolerances or dimensions, incompatible materials, improper fit, alignment, or assembly, design flaws or structural issues. Belka manufactures parts as provided, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4. Intellectual Property Responsibility

By submitting any files, designs, logos, trademarks, or proprietary materials, the customer acknowledges: They own the rights to those materials or They have permission to use them. Belka is not responsible for verifying ownership and assumes no liability for copyright, trademark, or proprietary violations committed by customers.

5. No Guarantee of Specific Results

Belka strives for precision and quality, but cannot guarantee specific outcomes beyond: the approved drawing, the agreed-upon tolerances, the stated materials. Any use of manufactured parts is at the customer’s own risk.

6. Misuse, Installation & Modifications

Belka is not responsible for: improper installation, incorrect assembly, modifications made after delivery, damage caused by welding, coating, or additional fabrication performed elsewhere, parts used in unintended applications. Once parts leave our facility, responsibility for proper use and function lies with the customer.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Belka is not liable for: lost profits, downtime, production delays, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, losses arising from defective customer designs. Liability is limited strictly to the cost paid for the specific job in question.
